Program Description
Dominus Foundry™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective clients regarding service inquiries, project updates, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer support. By opting in to our messaging program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Dominus Foundry™ by any of the following methods:
- Web Form Submission: By entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form on our website (dominusfoundry.com), including our contact form at dominusfoundry.com/contact and our get-started form at dominusfoundry.com/start.
- Verbal Consent: By verbally providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages during a phone call with a Dominus Foundry™ representative.
- Text-In: By texting a keyword (e.g., “START” or “INFO”) to our business number.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and you consent to receive text messages from Dominus Foundry™ at that number.
Types of Messages
Messages you may receive include:
- Responses to your inquiries and service requests
- Appointment and meeting confirmations or reminders
- Project status updates and milestones

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Dominus Foundry™. You will only receive messages that are relevant to your inquiry or ongoing project. Typical frequency ranges from 1 to 10 messages per month depending on your level of engagement with our team. You will not receive unsolicited marketing blasts.

How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
