Telephony usage is quoted separately based on your current phone volume — we review your existing bill and build a transparent recurring charge that covers the added infrastructure.

If you choose not to proceed with the full build after the analysis phase, you retain the deliverables. Any time and travel expenses incurred during on-site discovery are invoiced separately at cost.
